18 Dec Christmas is coming …
If you are like me then you are still rushing around getting those last few bits sorted. If it is not presents it is thinking about the food I have yet to sort out. All this rushing around and stress can have an impact on our eating habits, so before you head to that biscuit for comfort – STOP.
Even if its just 5 mins take it for yourself. Spend 5 mins extra in the shower and breath … it is everyone’s Christmas
If you are worried about missing those training session don’t forget that you can do just 30 mins and still make a difference. If you want to mix the relaxation and exercise why not try a yoga class or relaxation class.
Personally I tend to go for a run, 20-30 mins is just enough, or a spin class. Just remember don’t worry.
